I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Hourfar and the entire team at MIA Orthodontics in Houston. I chose their high-tech lingual braces, and the entire journey from the first consultation to the final results was exceptional. Their follow-up, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. I even had an unexpected emergency, and Dr. Hourfar personally saw me on a Sunday, which was incredibly accommodating and reassuring.

I’m 14 and go to Mia Orthodontics, and they’ve been really great. The whole staff is super friendly and always makes me feel comfortable. They explain everything they’re doing so I understand what’s happening with my braces, and they’re really patient when I have questions. My appointments are always on time, and the office is clean and organized. I already see a difference in my teeth, and I’m actually excited to keep going back. I definitely recommend Mia Orthodontics to anyone who needs braces or other treatments!

Dr. Hourfar is exceptional—highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. During my initial consultation, he clearly explained everything I needed to know to confidently choose InBrace braces as an adult. The fitting was quick, comfortable, and completely painless. His team is both talented and genuinely kind, making every visit a pleasure. I expected getting braces in my 60s to be difficult, but Dr. Hourfar made the entire process smooth, easy, and surprisingly enjoyable.

Staff was so kind. Got me in same day I called and I was a new patient. They have TVs on the ceiling you can watch during the procedure too! Very nice clinic.

My retainer broke on a Saturday, and Dr. Hourfar was the only orthodontist in Houston to pick up the phone. That meant the world to me. Call him if you need an orthodontist you can rely on.

MIA Orthodontics, Dr. Hourfar, and his staff were amazing with my Daughter. She started treatment in another city but we moved and need to complete the treatment here in Houston. They were honest about what she needed, didn’t try to up-sale or inflate things, and were just great to work with. We will be bringing our other daughters for sure if any treatment is ever needed.
